About Savoora

Savoora is a coupon and offers marketplace based in India, operated by MBO Group, a sole proprietorship registered in India. Savoora helps visitors discover verified coupons, promo codes, discounts and deals from third-party brands, advertisers and affiliate networks.

Savoora does not normally sell, manufacture, fulfil or deliver the products and services displayed on the website. When you select an offer, Savoora may redirect you through a tracked affiliate link to the relevant advertiser's website. Any purchase, booking, registration or other transaction is normally completed directly with that advertiser.

Offers, Coupons and Verification

We work to keep offer information useful and current. Offers may display a verified or last verified date showing when Savoora last checked the information available to us.

A verification date is a record of that check, not a certification or guarantee that the offer will remain active. Advertisers may change or withdraw coupon codes, prices, discounts, eligibility rules, product availability, minimum-spend conditions, geographic restrictions or other terms without notifying Savoora in advance.

The advertiser's live website, checkout page and official terms are the final source of truth for the transaction. Savoora does not guarantee that every code or offer will work for every visitor or that an offer represents the lowest available price.

Affiliate Links

Some links on Savoora are affiliate or tracking links. If you follow an eligible link and later complete a qualifying action such as a purchase, signup or booking, Savoora may receive compensation from the advertiser or affiliate network.

Member Accounts

Some Savoora features may require a free member account. You are responsible for providing accurate account information, keeping your sign-in credentials secure, preventing unauthorised use of your account and using your account only for lawful purposes.

Accounts must not be created or operated using automated methods for abuse, manipulation or unauthorised data collection. We may restrict or suspend access where reasonably necessary to protect Savoora, other users, advertisers or our systems.

Acceptable Use

You may use Savoora for lawful personal use. You must not scrape, crawl or systematically extract Savoora content without permission; use bots or automated tools in an abusive manner; interfere with affiliate links or attribution; manipulate clicks or coupon events; attempt unauthorised access; bypass security, eligibility or geographic controls; introduce malware; or interfere with normal website operation.

Third-Party Websites and Services

Advertisers and other third parties are responsible for their own products, services, pricing, payments, delivery, returns, warranties, subscriptions, cancellations, customer service, privacy practices and legal obligations.

A listing, logo or link on Savoora does not by itself mean that Savoora guarantees, certifies or endorses the advertiser or its products. You should review the advertiser's current terms before completing a transaction.

Website Availability and Liability

We aim to provide a useful and reliable service, but Savoora may occasionally be unavailable, delayed or contain errors. We may change, add, remove or reorganise website features, offers, categories or content.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Savoora and its operator are not responsible for losses arising from an advertiser's acts or omissions, unavailable or changed offers, failed coupon codes, third-party products or services, third-party websites, interrupted access or affiliate attribution failures. Nothing in these Terms limits rights or liabilities that cannot legally be excluded or restricted.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, subject to any mandatory consumer or other rights that apply in your country and cannot legally be excluded.
