هذه الشروط متاحة باللغة الإنجليزية، وهي النسخة المعتمدة.
1. Who can register
You must be a registered business, or act for one, and have the authority to bind it to these terms. The details you give in registration (company, contacts, documents and bank details) must be accurate and kept up to date in the brand panel.
Every registration is reviewed by the Savoora brand team. We can approve it, ask for changes or decline it, and we may ask for more documents at any time.
2. Your brand page and deals
Once approved, you can add Offer Deals, Coupon Deals and Products Deals for your brand. Each deal is checked by the brand team before it goes live, and we can edit how it is shown, pause it or take it down if it is inaccurate, expired or breaks these terms.
You are responsible for what you publish: offers must be real, available to shoppers on the stated terms, and honoured at checkout. Prices, stock, delivery and final terms are set by you on your own website.
You give Savoora a licence to use your brand name, logo, images and offer text to show your brand and deals on Savoora, in its apps, emails and marketing, for as long as you are listed and for a reasonable time after.
3. What you may not publish
Offers for illegal, unsafe or age-restricted products where not allowed, misleading discounts, fake scarcity, codes you do not control, or content that infringes someone else’s rights. Savoora may remove such content and suspend the account without notice.
4. Tracking
Commission depends on tracking orders that come from Savoora. You must set up one of the tracking methods in the brand panel (a store connection or the postback API) and keep it working. If tracking stops, Savoora may stop new deals and then pause live deals until it is fixed, as described in the brand panel.
You must not remove, alter or block Savoora’s click references, or credit Savoora orders to anyone else.
5. Commission
You pay Savoora commission on orders that come from Savoora, at the rate agreed for each deal in the brand panel. A change to a rate applies from the time it takes effect and does not change orders already made.
An order’s commission becomes payable once its return window ends without a refund or cancellation. Refunded or cancelled orders do not earn commission. You report refunds and cancellations through your tracking method.
6. Invoices and payment
Savoora issues statements for validated commission. You pay each statement by its due date, under the payment terms and any deposit shown for your account in the brand panel.
If a statement is overdue, Savoora may stop new deals, pause live deals and pause your brand page until it is paid, after the reminders described in the brand panel. Amounts are exclusive of taxes, which you pay where they apply.
7. Your account and team
You control who on your team can use the brand panel and with which role. Keep sign-in details safe; you are responsible for what happens under your account. Some details, such as the brand name and legal details, change only through a request reviewed by the brand team.
8. Data
Order data you send for tracking must not include more about shoppers than the brand panel asks for. Customer references are stored only in hashed form. How Savoora handles your team’s own data is in Privacy for brands.
9. Ending the agreement
You can stop listing deals and ask us to close your account at any time; commission on orders made before then is still payable. Savoora can suspend or close an account that breaks these terms or stays unpaid.
10. Liability
Savoora shows your brand and deals as they are given to us and does not promise a set number of visits, clicks or sales. To the extent the law allows, neither party is liable to the other for indirect or lost-profit losses.
11. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. We will tell the account owner in the brand panel or by email before a material change takes effect. Continuing to use the brand panel after that means you accept the updated terms.
12. Rules in each country
Savoora shows each offer only in the countries it targets. Your offers must follow the consumer, advertising and data protection rules of every country they target, as well as these terms. Where a country’s law gives you or shoppers rights that these terms cannot remove, that law applies.
The main rules of each country Savoora serves are below. They are a guide to help you plan your offers, not legal advice, and you remain responsible for checking the rules that apply to your business.
