هذه الشروط متاحة باللغة الإنجليزية، وهي النسخة المعتمدة.
What we collect
Account details: names, work email addresses, phone numbers and roles of the people on your brand team, and your sign-in activity.
Company details: legal name, registration and tax details, addresses, company documents you upload, invoice details and bank details. Bank details are stored encrypted and shown masked.
Brand and deal content you add, and the records of your requests, support messages and changes in the brand panel.
Tracking and order data you send (order values, statuses and a hashed customer reference), and the credentials of store connections you set up, which are stored encrypted.
Why we use it
To review your registration, run your account and brand page, track orders and work out commission, send statements and reminders, give support, keep the service secure and meet legal and tax duties.
Who can see it
The Savoora brand team, with access set by role. Service providers who host and run Savoora for us (database and file storage, hosting, and email delivery) process it under contract and only on our instructions. We do not sell brand team data.
Emails we send
Account emails (sign-in links, review results, statements, payment and tracking reminders) are part of the service, so they are sent while your account is open.
How long we keep it
For as long as your account is open, and afterwards only as long as needed for statements, tax and legal records, or to settle disputes.
Your choices
People on your team can update their own details in the brand panel. You can ask us for a copy of your data, to correct it, or to delete it where we are not required to keep it, by writing to the brand team.
Your rights in your country
We follow the data protection law of each country Savoora serves. People on brand teams have the rights their own country’s law gives them, such as access, correction and deletion, and can complain to their data protection authority. We answer requests within the time that law sets.
Savoora and the service providers that host it may store and process data outside your country. Where a law limits sending data abroad, we use the safeguards it requires, such as contract terms with those providers.
